About
NumBan is the first app to combat phone scammers using the number they leave on your voicemail, which cannot be faked. Most apps block the caller's phone number, which is a spoofed caller ID. Users can simply share the voicemail with NumBan and our system will transcribe it, extract the number, look up the phone carrier, and report the number to their abuse team. When we detect that a number has been abandoned, we count it as a kill and increment our leaderboard!
