A source that found nothing is a measurement. A source that has not run is a gap. Neither means the launch lacks the thing.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Meir, the maker of ChatHop. I built ChatHop because I use multiple AI assistants constantly, and I kept running into one really annoying problem: Every time I switched from ChatGPT to Claude, Gemini, or another AI, I basically had to start over. The new AI had no idea what we had already discussed, what decisions were made, or what I was trying to accomplish. Copying the last prompt wasn’t enough, and manually rebuilding the context every time got old very quickly. So I built ChatHop. ChatHop lets you move an AI conversation to another assistant with the context included, so you can switch models and keep going instead of re-explaining everything. Right now you can: • Move conversations between supported AI assistants • Carry the conversation context with you • Copy your full chat as plain text or Markdown • Copy the full conversation or just the latest messages • Download your chats • Switch assistants without manually rebuilding your prompt The bigger idea behind ChatHop is simple: **You shouldn’t be locked into one AI just because that’s where you started the conversation.** Different models are better at different things. I wanted switching between them to feel normal instead of feeling like starting a new project every time. ChatHop is still early, so I’m especially interested in feedback from people who already bounce between multiple AI tools. I’d love to know: 1. Which AI should we support next? 2. What information would you want preserved when transferring a conversation? 3. What would make you use ChatHop every day? Thanks for checking it out. I’ll be around reading and responding to everything.

Congrats on the launch! Does ChatHop transfer the conversation or the context behind the session as well ?
